Design, develop, and continuously evolve learning offerings that build technical and functional capabilities across technology-, AI-, and selected HR-related topics within the CIO / CHRO scope * Design learning offerings that reflect the principle that people and technology shape future success, translating fast-changing technology realities into how people work, lead, and build capabilities * A university degree in a technology-related field (e.g. IT, digital, data, AI) or in HR, education, or learning & development with a strong technology focus, or equivalent professional experience * Several years of experience in learning & development, capability building, or learning product ownership, ideally in technology- or transformation-driven environments * Proven ability to take hands-on ownership of learning domains, designing, delivering, and evolving learning offerings with real operational impact
