Lead, coach, and empower the Executive Assistant team, owning performance management, feedback culture, and continuous professional development. * Strong understanding of executive-level operations, governance, and management. * Orchestrate senior-level executive support for C-level leaders, ensuring seamless alignment of priorities, schedules, meetings, travel, and highly confidential matters in a complex, fast-paced environment. * Act as a trusted connector between C-level executives and internal as well as external , driving clarity, alignment, and reliable follow-up across executive topics. * Shape and drive executive and leadership meetings end-to-end, from agenda design and preparation to documentation, decision tracking, and action follow-up. * Translate executive priorities into robust workflows and structures, ensuring a consistent and governance-compliant information flow at C-level.
