• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by leveraging prospecting, cold outreach, and participation in trade shows and industry events. • Sales Cycle Leadership: Manage the end-to-end sales process—from lead generation and opportunity development to quotation, negotiation, order closure, and revenue realization. • Leverage internal expertise: Actively consult with sales support, marketing, and product teams to integrate competitive intelligence and customer feedback into proposals. • Market Intelligence: Actively monitor market trends, moves, and customer feedback to deliver regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates that guide strategic decisions. • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or sales engineering, preferably in machine vision, industrial automation, or related high-tech industries.
