Bachelor's degree, e.g. in marketing, economics, communication or related fields or equivalent * Drive end-to-end efficient launch of new products, business models, and multichannel marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and retention across DACH. * Work independently on marketing projects and in cross-departmental teams, including Regulatory, Quality Assurance, Medical, Legal/Compliance. * Identify innovation opportunities based on market insights and prior experience; use innovative marketing tactics to deliver product launches and growth. * Work on marketing assets tailored to country-specific needs; manage approval processes with cross-functional stakeholders. * Manage engagement with marketing agencies and other providers to support country programs. * Collaborate with regional sales teams and International Marketing, End-to-end team and international to optimize the customer journey.
