Für unser weiteres Wachstum suchen wir einen erfahrenen und leidenschaftlichen Senior CRM-Manager (m/w/d), der unser E-Commerce-Team verstärkt. * Verantwortung für die strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres CRM-Ansatzes mit Fokus auf Kundenbindung und Umsatzsteigerung * Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von CRM-Kampagnen (Automationen, Newsletter, personalisierte Kundenkommunikation) * Management und Steuerung der CRM-Plattform Klaviyo sowie Weiterentwicklung der Marketing-Automation * Überwachung der CRM-KPI sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Maßnahmen basierend auf datenbasierten Insights * Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich CRM/E-Mail-Marketing im E-Commerce, idealerweise in Beauty-Umgebung * Fundierte Kenntnisse mit CRM-Tools, idealerweise Klaviyo oder vergleichbare Plattformen (z.B. Emarsys, Braze, o.ä.) * Die Möglichkeit, das CRM-Marketing inhouse von Grund auf mitzugestalten
