With a focus on the regional marketing plan, based on a deep understanding of specific market needs and dynamics, in alignment with the European marketing plan and in close collaboration with the commercial teams. * Lead the development and continuous evolution of the German TMTT marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the European vision while tailoring approaches to local market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and unmet clinical needs. * Ability to forecast product lines for short-term and long-term accuracy based on market development, sales trends, competition and changing market dynamics.
