One of the company's purposes is to manage the distribution of HARIBO products to over 40 markets, including Luxembourg, as well as to duty free and retail customers worldwide. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on commercial execution, distributor management, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing directly to the company's longterm growth, brand strength, and organizational development. * Define and implement international sales and customer development strategies to achieve volume, value, and distribution targets in line with agreed budgets. * Oversee sales forecasting, performance analysis, and management reporting, ensuring transparency and accuracy of financial and operational KPIs. * Actively contribute to the company's overall strategy, capability building, and leadership agenda as a member of the senior management community.
