As Interim Head of Online, you take on the strategic, technical, and personnel responsibility for all digital marketing and communication activities of Welthungerhilfe. Your goal: to measurably increase donations, reach, and engagement across our digital channels - data-driven, precisely targeted, and with tangible impact. You lead an interdisciplinary team of around ten people, work closely with internal and external , and actively drive the digital transformation of our organization. * Strategically and data-drivenly manage all digital initiatives for acquiring and retaining supporters, in close collaboration with the cross-departmental newsroom. * Ensure the ongoing content and technical development of digital channels and platforms (including CMS, web tracking, and email automation). * Use relevant KPIs to guide, measure, and continuously optimize digital activities.
