15+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the automotive engineering services or technology sector. * Business Development: Identify, engage, and convert new strategic accounts, with a strong focus on long-cycle consultative selling in engineering and design services. * Relationship Management: Leverage existing and build new high-level relationships with C-suite executives across leading players * Market Intelligence: Provide voice-of-customer insights, track industry developments and stay ahead of industry trends, disruptions (e.g., EVs, ADAS, SDVs), and competitive movements to shape proactive strategies. * Strong understanding of automotive engineering cycles, product development processes, and the evolving mobility ecosystem (EVs, AD/ADAS, software-defined vehicles, etc.). * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
