This role is highly strategic and hands-on: you will define the retention strategy, translate it into a clear roadmap, and work closely with Product, Growth, Design, Engineering, and Data to improve engagement, lifetime value, cancellation prevention, renewal flows, and the overall customer experience. Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, Design, Engineering, and Data to execute changes quickly and effectively. Define hypotheses, design and run A/B tests, and systematically improve retention metrics.
