Opportunity & Pipeline Management: Own your pipeline end-to-end (qualification, stakeholder mapping, decision process, competitive positioning), ensuring forecast accuracy and disciplined CRM hygiene. * Cross-functional Deal Execution: Align Engineering, Product, Project Management, Legal, and Finance to deliver high-quality proposals (scope, schedule, pricing, cash plan, risk/assumptions) and smooth handover after signature. * Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations on scope, performance expectations, warranty/service concepts, delivery model, and contract terms-closing deals while protecting margin and manageable project risk. * Utility / EPC Advantage: Experience with utility customers and/or EPC delivery models is beneficial (tender processes, risk allocation, scope clarity, contract structures).
