Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of non-financial (ESG) data, ensuring data quality for annual reports and our annual carbon footprint survey. Our mission is to empower clients to succeed, with smart, intuitive marketing software, fostering meaningful customer relationships and delivering data-driven insights. * Continue to audit, analyse and report on all existing Group initiatives to establish a continuous baseline and provide data-driven input for the Impact Strategy. o Internal social impact: Quality of Working Life (QWL/QWLC) initiatives, Diversity & Inclusion programmes (including disability, gender equality, etc.) in close collaboration with our People & Impact team. * Project management tools: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Miro) and preparing necessary tracking supports (dashboards, meeting reports, action logs).
