Further develop and refine existing ZEISS retail formats based on market feedback, customer insights, and performance data. * Partner with Architecture, Marketing, Sales, Digital, Product Management, and external partners to ensure an integrated, on-brand customer experience across channels and in-store. * Academic degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. * Several years of experience in retail management, preferably in premium or service-centric environments (optical, healthcare, consumer electronics, or comparable). * Proven track record in managing or supporting multi-store operations, implementing retail standards and processes as well as improving store performance through data-driven decisions
