Proven senior-level expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including hands-on, development, governance environments, and maintenance of solutions using Power Apps (canvas and model driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI * Lead initiatives to standardize HR processes, automate operational tasks, and drive digital transformation within the GBO HR Team * Work closely with other GBO Key Users and the Functional Automation Lead HR, to coordinate digital transformation projecs, including the steering of external consultants and developers * Advance Excel skills, including complex formulas, Power Query, data modeling, and automation use cases
