It is a data-first, execution-heavy growth role for someone who can move between analytics, experimentation, funnel design, campaign execution, and technical marketing infrastructure. * Comfortable using BI or analytics tools such as DataStudio,Metabase, Looker, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Tableau, or similar. Growth experiments and funnel analytics You should be comfortable working directly with data rather than waiting for someone else to interpret it for you. This includes CRM, marketing automation, attribution, analytics dashboards, campaign tooling, and AI-assisted workflows. You do not need to be a software engineer, but you should be technically comfortable and able to work well with engineering when something needs to be built or integrated. * What data do we need? * Work directly with data: query databases, build dashboards, analyze funnels, cohorts, attribution, CAC/LTV, and conversion performance.
