The Continuous Airworthiness Management (CAM) Staff member acts as the central point of contact (SPoC) for assigned aircraft and customers, ensuring full compliance with airworthiness requirements while maintaining strong customer relationships. * Provide clear status updates and actively manage customer expectations throughout maintenance events. Customer Interface & Management * Act as a trusted technical advisor to the customer, transparently communicating airworthiness status, risks, and required actions, * Coordinate seamlessly between engineering, maintenance, operations, OEM functions, sales, and the customer, Anticipate customer needs and act proactively to provide solutions before issues arise (“be ahead” mindset).
