This dual-role position combines the responsibilities of an Inside Sales Representative and Customer Project Manager to support our growing customer base in Europe. * 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or project management, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, project management, and cross-cultural communication, ideally as part of an internal transfer within GigaDevice. * Coordinate and manage customer projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers in the European market. * Manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and handle order processing. * Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for internal review.
