Fanblast is growing fast, and we're hiring our first Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to shape the brand, own our voice, and lead the marketing engine that drives creator adoption and fan engagement at scale. * Oversee all marketing functions — brand/creative, social media, content, events, performance marketing, and partnerships — ensuring consistency and impact across every channel. * Lead creator acquisition and growth campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, search, and emerging platforms — blending cultural storytelling with performance marketing. * Build, lead, and scale a high-performing marketing team — while managing external agencies and fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and results. * Experience leading both brand storytelling and performance marketing — able to switch between creative vision and data-driven execution.
