This role ensures smooth operation of IT systems, resolves incidents and service requests, and supports infrastructure projects. The IT Support Specialist provides 1st and 2nd level technical support for at the Germany location. * Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support (onsite and remote) for end users. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT HelpDesk or Technical Support Headquartered in Stamford, CT, we have more than 11,700 employees globally with operations in ~40 countries and sales in more than 125. * Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, business applications, and peripherals. * Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and documentation of IT hardware and software. * Maintain accurate IT inventory and documentation. * Escalate complex issues to internal IT teams and Enterprise IT of the parent company. * Manage and support mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) including MDM solutions.
