Backlog & Roadmap Management: Own and manage the Salesforce Sales Cloud backlog and capability roadmap, prioritized by business value and clearly communicated to stakeholders. * Technical Leadership & Vendor Steering: Steer external Salesforce development and L2/L3 support partners to deliver scalable, maintainable Sales Cloud solutions — enforcing governor-limit-aware design, declarative-first configuration over custom Apex, secure data access (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules), and adherence to Salesforce Well-Architected principles. In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including advanced configuration, customization, data modeling, and deep experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming). Strong, practical understanding of Subscription to Cash business processes, including quoting, order management, billing, and revenue recognition.
