Manage event registration systems, attendee communications, and on-site check-in. * Support in planning, coordinating, and executing company events from concept to completion (e.g., trade shows, conferences, webinars, customer workshops, internal events). * Experience: 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced administrative role, such as Management Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Marketing Coordinator. * Event Expertise: Demonstrable, hands-on experience planning and managing a variety of corporate events (both virtual and in-person). * Tech-Savvy: Expert proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace. * A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
