As a National Field Force Manager for our indirect customer universe, you drive the rollout and engagement of our premium core and super premium portfolio. * Own third party service delivery end to end, ensuring high quality briefings, delivery against agreed SOW metrics, effective contract and performance management, budget adherence, and support in negotiations with high volume customers, in partnership with Business Effectiveness * Partner closely with Commercial Transformation and Business Efficiency to manage risks, support governance, run performance reviews with external partners, enable robust reporting, and provide input into LT and SteerCo updates where required * 8+ years of On Trade industry experience, with strong understanding of the spirits category, consumers, market trends, and key business drivers
