• Keep up to date with market dynamics and gather VOC (Voice of Customer) insights from end users, consultants, and channel partners to identify key trends, customer pain points, and emerging opportunities. • Lead Offer design, business case preparation, pricing and ROI analysis, and market launch planning in conjunction with regional marketing teams and alignment with global segment direction. Business Development and Commercialization • Partner with Segment Marketing and MarCom teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns (including ABM) aligned with segment and Offer priorities. • Monitor business performance versus SP and PP targets and recommend corrective actions where needed. * 10–15 years of experience in Offer Management, Business Development, or Segment Strategy roles * Experience with outcome-based business models preferred
