To support this journey, we are looking for an engaged and analytical Application Manager - CRM Solutions to join our Business Solutions team and our cross-departmental CRM project. * Analysis of CRM-related business processes (donor management, campaign management, relationship management) and consultation with stakeholders to improve efficiency and system integration * Acting as a link between business users, the project team, , and external to ensure seamless system integration and consistent processes * Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification * Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
