Oversee and manage market complaints, claims, and recall activities to ensure timely resolution, minimize business impact, and maintain full regulatory compliance. Act as the central escalation point for quality-related issues, driving resolution strategies, conducting risk assessments, and implementing proactive mitigation measures.
