You will be responsible for steering and continuously improving our global sales processes – from deal qualification to fulfillment – ensuring that our workflows remain efficient, transparent, and scalable. With your structured approach to data, systems, and processes, you enable our sales team to operate quickly, accurately, and in full compliance. * Maintain, oversee, and align the sales process landscape, supporting new and existing deals from qualification through fulfillment * Ensure consistent data quality and process hygiene in HubSpot, NetSuite, and other software tools * Communicate with customers regarding operational execution and fulfillment of deals * Monitor and prepare defined quality gates throughout the sales process (Qualification, Solution Review, Proposal Review) *
