The IT Support Specialist provides 1st and 2nd level technical support for at the Germany location. This role ensures smooth operation of IT systems, resolves incidents and service requests, and supports infrastructure projects. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work in a global environment. * Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support (onsite and remote) for end users. * Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and documentation of IT hardware and software. * Maintain accurate IT inventory and documentation. * Escalate complex issues to internal IT teams and Enterprise IT of the parent company. * Administer basic network infrastructure (switches, access points, cabling, network cabinets). * Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT HelpDesk or Technical Support
