As a Retail Manager you are responsible for building and driving retail excellence across ZEISS partner retail formats within the ZEISS Business Partner Program. * Define, implement, and continuously improve ZEISS retail excellence standards (e.g., customer journey, service protocols, visual merchandising, KPIs) in line with ZEISS retail strategy, brand positioning, and regional priorities. * Identify and build critical retail capabilities (e.g., store operations, training, sales, CRM), including standardized processes/tools, and contribute to the development of new formats and retail training programs with Brand, Training, and Commercial teams. * Further develop and refine existing ZEISS retail formats based on market feedback, customer insights, and performance data. * Define and monitor key retail KPIs, analyze store and concept performance, and derive insights to initiate improvement actions.
