Plan and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns (e.g. email, web, social media) and develop impactful content for sales pitches, the website and digital channels in close collaboration with Group Communication. * Implement, manage, and continuously improve the marketing technology (CRM, marketing automation platforms and analytics dashboards) and build transparent performance reporting on campaign effectiveness, conversion rates and ROI. o 3–5 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, ideally in an international environment, with responsibility for multi-channel campaigns (email, web & social) and measurable lead generation. o Analytical mindset: you build and maintain campaign and funnel dashboards (conversion, CPL, ROI) and translate insights into actionable improvements (Excel, Power BI or comparable analytics tools).
