As Customer Experience Partner, you will be the key contact for Gold and Silver customers, ensuring reliable, proactive and high-quality end-to-end service delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working close to the customer, managing operational topics end-to-end, and improving the overall customer experience. Continuous improvement & customer experience * Support Voice of Customer (VoC), CSAT and CES programmes to improve customer experience Experience & Expertise * Several years of experience in an operational Customer Service, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, or Order-to-Cash role, such as Customer Experience Partner, , , or Account Support. * Proven experience managing customer relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact for key accounts. * Experience handling customer escalations, conducting root cause analysis, and driving resolution with cross-functional stakeholders.
