As a Customer Success Manager at Sensirion Connected Solutions (SCS), you are the primary technical and customer-facing partner for our customers across all SCS continuous monitoring solutions, including Nubo Sentry, Nubo Sphere, and Kuva camera systems. You own the customer journey from initial onboarding through full-scale deployment and ongoing operation, with a strong emphasis on hands-on execution and technical credibility. * Acting as the technical point of contact for customers during deployment and early operational phases. * 3+ years of customer-facing experience such as Customer Success, Application Engineering, Field Services, or Technical Sales. * Strong technical affinity with sensor systems, IIoT solutions, data analytics, and industrial deployments.
