You're disciplined to the point of reflex: every call logged, every lead followed up, nothing dropped. * 1+ years in inside sales, appointment setting, or SDR work in B2B German-speaking markets, ideally for a considered offer (software, consulting, professional or financial services). * A track record of carrying both an outbound activity quota and an inbound / speed-to-lead responsibility. * A background in data, BI, software, or consulting. * Solid English on top of German, for working with the team. * A funnel that already produces leads, plus scripts and systems that already work, so you can perform from week one.
