Evaluation and improvement of current reward programs to make sure that those align with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. * Collaboration with HR colleagues and finance to develop and communicate compensation & benefits policies and programs to employees. * Management of benefit programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other where necessary. * Proficiency in Excel and compensation analysis software/SAP * Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives as they relate to rewards programs * Proven experience in managing comprehensive benefits programs
