Participation in the S/4HANA transformation project with a focus on Finance/Accounting processes (especially Record‑to‑Report) and support of the RTR in planning, coordination, and monitoring * Definition and implementation of best practices within the S/4HANA project to enhance efficiency, standardization, and automation * Support in the creation of business requirements, stories, and process/system specifications, as well as coordination with IT, implementation partners, and global stakeholders * Preparation of training and communication materials, support for rollout activities and adoption of new processes, collaboration with other departments, adherence to compliance requirements, and participation in projects related to process improvement and innovation * Excellent communication skills, confident cross‑functional collaboration, and enthusiasm for teamwork and project work
