The Brand Sales Manager is responsible for executing the sales strategy - and achieving the revenue and margin targets - for K2 and RIDE Snowboard in Europe. Additionally, the Brand Sales Manager provides brand-specific support to Key Account and third-party selling channels, including agencies, distributors, and byuing groups, to drive growth and maintian brand integrity across all touchpoints. > You will translate revenue and margin target set by the Brand General Manager into actionable sales plans by region and channel, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. > You will drive execution of brand-spcific revenue and margin goals in collaboration with the local Field Sales & Activation Managers. > You will collaborate with internal - including Key Account Managers and Distributor Leads - to optimize sales across key accounts and third-party channels (e.g. agencies, distributors, buying groups)
