This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing processes that enable our marketing, sales, and customer teams to operate efficiently and effectively. * Administer and optimize Salesforce, including custom objects, flows, process automation, reporting, and dashboards. * Use AI-driven approaches to optimize GTM processes. * Lead cross-functional projects related to system integrations, process improvement, and technology adoption. * Deep technical expertise in HubSpot (marketing automation, workflows, lead scoring, reporting) and Salesforce (Sales Cloud, process automation, flows, dashboards). * Experience with system integrations (e.g., HubSpot Salesforce) and process automation tools.
