HyperHeat is on a mission to decarbonize heavy industries at a gigaton scale by introducing the eHeater, the first all-electric gas heater capable of achieving the same 2,000°C flame temperature as natural gas. Industrial process heat accounts for 20% of global CO₂ emissions, and more than 50% of this heat is needed at temperatures between 1000-2000°C. Current renewable alternatives either only get to 1000° or are costly and lack scalability. HyperHeat’s proprietary ceramic heating technology overcomes these challenges, offering up to 98% efficiency, a 10+ year lifespan, and a price point three times lower than incumbents. Our solution is designed for affordable new-build installations as well as for seamless retrofitting, enabling industries to reduce furnace capital expenditures. With a strong roadmap, strategic industry partnerships, and a focus on scaling from kilowatt to gigawatt levels, HyperHeat is poised to drive the future of carbon-free industrial heat.
