Identify and build critical retail capabilities (e.g., store operations, training, sales, CRM), including standardized processes/tools, and contribute to the development of new formats and retail training programs with Brand, Training, and Commercial teams. * Drive best-practice sharing across markets and formats and foster a culture of continuous improvement in retail operations. * Proven track record in managing or supporting multi-store operations, implementing retail standards and processes as well as improving store performance through data-driven decisions * Strong understanding of end-to-end retail operations and general retail trends in an international setup
