Oversee incident and change management, as well as continuous improvement of AI services in production, ensuring stable operations and compliance with internal and external regulations. * Establish governance, standards, and operating procedures for AI usage (including data protection, responsible AI, model lifecycle management, access control, logging, and monitoring). * Solid knowledge of cloud-native architectures and services relevant for AI platforms (e.g. containerization, APIs, event-driven architectures, identity & access management). * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to align diverse groups and explain complex technical topics in a clear, accessible way.
