Own and further develop commercial policies and governance (pricing, discount structures, bonuses, pay‑for‑performance), define key revenue KPIs and ensure transparency on commercial performance. * Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Controlling to align on pricing, portfolio and go‑to‑market actions, and support key customer negotiations with clear commercial guidance. * High level of ownership, result orientation and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
