The position includes technical support (software and hardware) for CTL's products, programming tasks for the CTL group, as well as training sessions and product presentations for customers. - Install, commission, maintain, and support our biotechnology systems, instruments, and software—both remotely and on-site. - Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in close collaboration with our development and service teams. - Perform functionality tests, validation, and quality checks before shipment.
