Owner of the NPI Process (from product idea, evaluation of potential to market launch, keeping data alive through JIRA); * Market analyses based on external and internal sources (monthly deep dives, sharing with departments involved); * Track and analyze the category/product performance (market/ competitor/ sell-in/sell-out/distribution dynamics) and recommend actions; * Design the channelizing based on global guidelines and local market requirements, and develop line-ups; In this role, you'll lead a product category, develop strategy, oversee market launches, track performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovative marketing and sales efforts.
