As a (Senior) Process Operations Manager in Engineering, you will own the end-to-end building-optimization process—bringing clarity, speed, and predictability to a critical cross-functional workflow as we scale. * You communicate effectively and can translate seamlessly between Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations. * Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure all new deals are properly onboarded into the optimization funnel — validating readiness, controller coverage, and constraints, and ensuring a smooth transition into execution. * You have 4–6+ years of experience in operations, delivery management, or process ownership within a tech, SaaS, or IoT environment.
