Working closely with regional and global , you actively contribute to strengthening tesa's quality culture and operational excellence. * Lead and coordinate global quality and process management initiatives, partnering with cross‑functional departments to define and implement harmonized processes * Design, coordinate, and deliver global training programs on quality standards, procedures, and tools to employees at all organizational levels * Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance indicators, audit results, and improvement initiatives to executive leadership * Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and maintenance of quality records to support transparency, compliance, and decision‑making * Solid knowledge of Quality Management Systems and quality governance, ideally with hands‑on exposure to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
