You will act as a reliable coordination point across leadership, HR, Legal, internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring that priorities are well structured, information flows smoothly, and key topics are followed up consistently. * You prepare meetings, agendas, presentations, briefing documents, reports and follow-up materials for leadership, HR, Legal, board-related and management meetings. * You support the preparation and coordination of HR- and Legal-related processes, projects and recurring governance topics. * You contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives where HR, Legal, governance or organizational topics intersect. * Experience in HR, Legal, Compliance, Governance or an international corporate environment would be a strong advantage.
