Define and execute the long-term e-commerce roadmap for ZEISS Extended Reality, including platform evolution, international scaling, and integration with brand and retail strategies. * Align online and offline commerce to design seamless omnichannel customer journeys that connect ZEISS's retail partners, digital services, and physical touchpoints. * Proven experience in scaling or transforming e-commerce platforms within premium consumer goods, tech, or optical retail * Deep understanding of digital commerce technology stacks, their integration points (CMS, PIM, CRM, analytics), and customer data flows * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field * 5+ years of experience managing e-commerce or digital business transformation (experience in online optical retail a plus) * Proven track record in e-commerce strategy design and operational leadership
