The position also serves as a key coordinator between internal teams - including Security, Compliance, Legal, and Sales—to deliver timely, consistent, and compliant responses to customer inquiries, audits, and contractual obligations. * Serve as the trusted security advisor for customers and internal teams, addressing inquiries related to cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance. * Lead customer security reviews, audits, and due diligence processes. * Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Risk, Engineering) to ensure contractual security clauses are aligned with company standards. * Deliver internal and external enablement programs to improve handling of security concerns. * Proven experience managing customer audits, security questionnaires, and trust-building initiatives. * Compliance audit success rate. * Internal inclusion & diversity employee networks.
