As a Global Process Manager, you will drive the continuous development and global alignment of tesa's Lead Management processes with a strong focus on customer-centricity, efficiency, automation and scalability. * Take ownership of global Lead & Pipeline Management processes with a focus on CRM-related workflows and continuous process maturation * Drive global maturity, scalability, automation and optimization of Lead Management processes across regions and business units * Act as a global to ensure processes are understood, adopted, and consistently applied throughout the organization * Translate global process standards into practical guidance and support regional teams in successful implementation and adoption * Contribute to the development of a clear process roadmap, enabling the transition towards best-in-class global process execution
