Own and continuously enhance global recruitment programs, including employee referrals, internal mobility, recruiter enablement and selected innovation initiatives. This role plays a critical part in advancing Rhenus's global talent strategy by building scalable, insight driven solutions that enhance hiring effectiveness and talent flow. * Proven experience designing and managing multiple recruitment programs simultaneously, including employee referrals, internal talent mobility and recruiter development initiatives. * Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across global, matrixed environments.
