Advise and Enable : You provide managers at all levels with advice, guidance, analysis, and options for decision-making on personnel plans, people strategies, and all non-standard people topics (including M&A and post-merger integration). * Drive Development and Capability Building: You partner with managers to identify critical capability needs and define the right development initiatives in cooperation with the CoEs. * Steer Transformation and Employee Relations: You support and challenge managers in transformation and restructuring processes, proactively mitigate (legal) risks, and resolve employee relations issues in line with legal, compliance, and works council requirements as well as our Code of Conduct. * Business-Minded: You understand commercial and trading drivers, work with data and KPIs, and use insights to challenge and support leaders in their decisions.
